What photos work best?

A clear, front-facing photo of each person, taken in good light. Phone photos are perfect. Avoid sunglasses, hats and group photos.

Can an aunt, uncle or parent be the grown-up?

Yes. Pick who you are in step 1 and type what the kids call you. That name goes on the cover and through the whole story.

How many kids can be in one book?

Up to four. If you have more grandkids, make a second book so every child is in one.

Is the preview really free?

Yes. You only pay if you love it and decide to order.

When will my book arrive?

Most books arrive 7 to 10 business days after you order. Order by December 7 for Christmas delivery.
